This years birthday dinner at red robin was enjoyable with only a few minor hiccups all understandable considering its a sunday evening and that they were swamped after ordering my appetizer there was a short wait during which I enjoyed a nice tall glass of water which was refreshing after riding my bike over to the resteraunt in nearly 90 degree weather (actual temperature was closer to 85 degrees). With my appetizer came my milkshake another refreshing aperitif when I received my burger was where the hiccups occured I had ordered a burger and fries with a side salad with ranch and their sauce that come with their onion rings mixed well the ring sauce didnt show up with the ranch and no fries second time the ranch was mixed in with still no sauce and no fries Mark the young man who brought my meal was very understanding and talked with my server Sammy and got everything straightened out and brought out my fries and the ring sauce I was ready to start eating. The burger was wonderful slightly pink as I had requested.
Again all of this is 100% understandable considering how busy they were if the dining room and bar were from observation full and all the wait staff was working at 120 percent I can only imagine that the kitchen staff were having to work at 240-360% nonstop. I would recommend and will definitely eat there again.
